Car Park
The nearest car park is the Wellfield Car park off Alverton Road which has direct access to the park and is 100m from the theatre.
Opening
We open one hour before each advertised start time. Performances will go ahead except in the worst of weather.
Seating
Seating is provided and is un-reserved.
Refreshments
Pre-show vegan/gluten-free veggie curry and jacket potatoes are available to order in advance at the time of booking. Hot food is not available at matinee performance. There is a licensed bar plus a range of hot drinks, snacks and ice creams. Picnics are welcomed.
Pre-booked food is available from the time the gates open and until the performance begins.
Refunds/Exchanges
We do not refund tickets (unless the show is cancelled or there is a major change to the production) so please check carefully when booking.
Changes
Our programme is correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to make alterations to the programme, prices and/or casting without prior notice.
Special Effects
Strobe lighting, smoke or stage effects and the smoking of stage cigarettes or e-cigarettes may be used in productions. These may not be advertised in advance as they may not be known until the day of performance.
Smoking
The theatre is a non-smoking/non-vaping area.
Access Needs
If you have access needs, you are entitled to an additional free Carer ticket. To allow us to meet your access needs, please phone or email us when booking your tickets if you would prefer an aisle seat or close to the stage. (07816 285367 / [email protected]) Please remember that apart from the front access to the venue all surfaces are grass. Please contact us if you have any additional requirements. During your visit do not hesitate to approach any volunteers for assistance.
Lavatories
There are two lavatories within the park site, approx 50m from the venue, they are not fully wheel chair accessible.
Dogs
We are a dog-friendly theatre providing dogs are, at all times, on a lead, under your control and you use a poo bag! Please ask at the box office if a performance includes sudden loud noises that may disturb your dog.

We are a member of Plastic-Free Penzance and the Final Straw Cornwall. We are extremely grateful for both financial and facility support from Penzance Council.
